Dear Petitioners:
We have been very busy. Our membership is growing in leaps and bounds, we have nearly completed our noise study being done by an acoustic engineer, our NEPA Lawsuit against the Navy is ready for filing in the next week or so, we have the upcoming Crockett Barn Potluck Dinner/Party on June 29th to which you are all invited. The event is to get to know eachother, build community, learn a few things about the true impacts of the intolerable jet noise we are being bombarded with. It is a potluck, so if you can bring some grub, we will have live music, a program, some speakers and mostly just have some fun. It is for members and non members, we will be signing up new members too.
We NEED your help. On June 19th at 5:30 p.m. at The Coupeville Recreation Hall in downtown Coupeville Mayor Conard and Island County Commissioner Helen Price Johnson are hosting a community meeting hoping to hear from those affected by the Growler Noise about how it is impacting our lives. Please, Please Please come and bring people with you. We need a record breaking crowd to demonstrate that many many people are suffering from this jet noise. If you can, come prepared to speak about the impacts on your health, property value, life, mental state, etc. Lets pack that hall and the parking lot around it.
Thank you.
