Most people with homes under the flight path, people that are really suffering from the physically dangerous noise that is so much worse now, are very hesitant to speak out. Most of my neighbors are scared of the hostility that is aimed at anyone suggesting anything that might affect the economy of this area, even if the suggestion is that the Navy do a study and act on it based on their own rules. I hope both sides of this issue can move through the process of discovery and decision-making in an effective way.
