Mike,
Is there anything that will be different with this next round of flights in
2014? If so, I’d like to see us include that info.
It might be helpful to mention that planning work that will be done with
local builders/designers to help improve sound in homes near runways. Also,
I’d like to work with Helen on the Noise Disclosure statement that is
currently in use, although have not yet talked with her.
And, would like to include that we are continuing to work at a local level
to address issues that can be resolved here.

My first group for a tour, when available, is the Town Council.

Hi Nancy,

I am back at work now, hopefully for good, but I won’t digress on our
national budget debate.

Right now all tours and other outreach activities are on hold. However, one
thing I do want to bring up is something else we discussed during our last
meeting, specifically the joint press release regarding the resumption of
flight operations at OLF Coupeville. We still have time, but if you or Helen
have input you want in that release I can start are preps and share them
with you ahead of time. Please let me know what you think.

Best,

Mike

Good morning Nancy,
As I’m sure you’ve heard, the federal government is shutting down. Many of
us will be furloughed, including yours truly. Time will tell when we can
return to work.
In the meantime, we still need to make plans for the base tour we discussed
during your last visit here.
If you could gather a list of names and the
best way to contact everyone (perhaps through you) I will work on scheduling
a day for the tour when I return from furlough.

Hope all is well.

Thanks in advance,

Mike
