The increase, duration, and intensity of the Growler flight patterns this summer has brought added stress to all those exposed. In response, SDA is organizing to provide a “noise refuge” for those who need a quiet retreat during extended jet training at the OLF.
In an initial survey of 100 people in the Coupeville area, 50 replied that they would be interested in accepting this invitation.
As we work with local churches on the specifics, we will be putting together a list of people who plan to use these resources in the daytime, at night or both. Please let us know if you want to be on this list by clicking below.
