Citizens of Ebey’s Reserve (COER) has reviewed the Draft Amended Analysis (DAA) of the expanded Growler Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEISG) and submits these comments. All the noise referred to here is that produced by
EA-18G Growlers stationed at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI).
